Agency Zero
TYPE: Game, RPG The world is as it has always been. Laws are broken, people are mugged, murders take place on a daily basis; nothing changes. Everything is perfectly normal.

But you know all is not as it seems, from first hand experience. Maybe you've always been special, gifted with abilities no normal human should have. Perhaps you are not human, and have spent your life hiding this fact. There is even the possibility that some great gift has been awoken or bestowed upon you, and now you must cope with it.

For whatever reason, you have been approached by a man known only as Agent M. His arrival was silent, unnoticeable by anyone, and his demeanour was calm, reserved, and businesslike. Dressed in the kind of suit attributed to lavish businessmen or government agents, he made you an offer of admission to an organisation known as Agency Zero -- complete with a full dossier on you and your abilities. He explained that there is a world of the supernatural and fantastic lurking within the one we know, a world which has been muted due to lack of activity.

Superheroes and super villains, dragons, demons, alien threats, sorcery and super-science all exist, he explains, however they are carefully monitored and controlled to have a low public presence, with threats to the world being dealt with quietly. It was discovered in the past thirty years that the presence of publicly recognised super-heroes -- while a great inspiration for people -- were liable to attract the attention of maniacs and super villains simply because they existed. So, Agency Zero was formed as an organisation to direct superheroes in a more efficient, low-key manner, as the world still has threats which may only be dealt with by them. They are trained in how to use their abilities in a way which minimises public impact and presence, and allows them to keep the world safe from the shadows.

You have decided to accept his offer, and have arrived at the headquarters of Agency Zero in Atlanta, Georgia, where a new life awaits you. Danger looms on the horizon, and it will be up to you and a team of new recruits to make your place in the Agency, and the new world you find yourselves in.

System: Mutants and Masterminds, 2nd Edition
Power Level: 10
Character Generation: Prior to game. A 20-minute setup 'training session' will be available for people needing to work out some powers or character concepts. Some pre-mades will be available, but custom characters are more fun.

Notes: Try to not have someone that sticks out too much or causes too much collateral damage, although role playing this properly would be encouraged.
