Mak Attax is the ultimate in enlightenment, using the ley line network of the world (highways) and the ultimate gateway to the telluric energy of the earth (fast food restaurants) to bring about the enlightenment of humanity.

Or, you know, maybe they work crappy jobs at night and tell each other they're super wizards trying to change the world. One or the other.

Your chapter of Mak Attax works at an all night McDonald's somewhere in the mid west, and mostly tries to spend their evenings getting through shifts. But then, Pig On A Stick opened up. They'll sell you a pig on a stick. And, despite this incredibly bad business model, your store is under threat, and might close if Pig on a Stick gets all its business.

You need to get to the bottom of your terrible job going under, especially since this makes no sense.
