Game Description

Modern is an MTG format that uses cards printed from 8th Edition up to now. Some players refer to the format as "Legacy Lite" where players are truly able to do powerful things, but without the prohibitive cost restrictions for older formats.

All that's required for this event is a Modern-legal deck. The tournament will be run (to a maximum of 4 rounds, depending on player turnout). All entry fees will be given back to the Top 4 players (based on final standing) as store credit for The Trading Post/The Round Table (30/32 Essex St., Guelph, ON). Store credit can be used for anything in the store - food, drink, board games, table time, MTG singles and sealed product, miniatures and paint, and Escape Rooms.

Open to new and established players alike.

Cost: $10 (taxes incl.) entry to event, to be added to the prize pool and paid out as store credit for Top 4 players.
