Game Description

A Pathfinder Society Scenario designed for levels 1-5, running at tier 1-2 or 4-5 depending on player demand. Newbies and veterans are both welcome, and pre-gens will be available for those players without an appropriate character.

A veteran Pathfinder exploring the Fenwall Mountains of Varisia has begun sleepwalking, traveling through the dead of night in the same direction each time. The following mornings, however, he awakens injured and lost in the wilderness, never reaching the mysterious destination that drew him from his bed in the night. Something is calling Kalkamedes, something powerful, but unless he can make it safely to the source of his somnambulism, that power will remain a mystery. It falls to a team of Pathfinders to escort the sleepwalker to his destination and uncover the true nature of the strange phenomenon overtaking Kalkamedes's dreams.

I've never played in a pathfinder game before, I've been in a few 4E games though. so will there be pre-gen characters or do I get to make my own, and follow up. what are yall making/playing?

Hey Andrew, as you might expect, some Pathfinder game mechanics are a bit different than 4E, but nothing that you won't be able to pick up right away. This being an official Pathfinder Society (PFS) adventure, there are always archetype 1st-level pregens available (fighter, paladin, cleric, rogue, wizard, etc.). If you use a pregen, after the adventure you can completely redesign the character before your next PFS adventure. Or if you have the Pathfinder RPG Core Rulebook, you can make up your own 1st-lvl character. (However, to make sure your PC is "legal" for sanctioned play -- starting gold, equipment, class, etc-- go to http://paizo.com/pathfinderSociety/playerResources and dl the "Guide to Pathfinder Society Organized Play" for specific character creation rules for PFS adventures.)

I can provide a Rogue-3 (rogue abilities and light artillery, not designed for meleee fighting), a Gunslinger-3 (heavy artillery, but again, not designed for melee) or a Sorcerer-1. If we are missing a key class (i.e. tank, healing, etc.) I can run a pregen to fill the hole.
