Game Description

Story:

Lord and Lady Elridge were renowned amongst London’s Socialites for their staunch support for and investment in efforts to push forward the boundaries of Science... That is until they abruptly vanished from public life, retreating to their secluded country manor. Three long and quiet years have passed with only word of mysterious deliveries, and strange late-night light shows.

However word is now spreading that a demonstration of the fruit of their labor is in the offing. Invitations have been sent out to a select few: Leading scientists, Respected business magnates, and of course members of the press. They speak of a great discovery that promises to revolutionize “the way we think, the way we live, and the way we travel... indeed to make the very universe our own plaything!”

If the Elridges’ claims are remotely accurate, then this is an opportunity that comes only once in a lifetime. Can you afford to miss it?

Mature game - Game has a possibility of involving gruesome death and raging insanity. Minimum age suggested: 16

- Mr. Mitchell (M) : A 'Businessman' with one of the largest Import/Export Concerns in London
- Mr./Ms. Crocker (M/F) : An American Investor, heir to the Crocker Family Fortune
- Dr. Kaufmann (M/F) : A leading German expert of the Verein Fur Raumschiffart (Rocket Society)
- Dr. Scott (M) : A Professor of Engineering at Cambridge Univeristy
- Dr. White (M/F) : A representative of the Royal Society of London for Improving Natural Knowledge
- Dr. Clarke (M/F) : A Professor of Astronomy at Miskatonic University
- Dr. Sedgewick (M/F) : A Professor of Physics at Hertforshire University
- Mr./Ms. Patel (M/F) : Grad Student and Chief Assistant to Dr. Smih
- Mrs. Jones (F) : Reporter for the Daily Telegraph
- Police Constable Thompson (M/F) : Off-duty police officer retained for site security
- Dr. Silsbury (M/F) : Psychiatrist retained by the Elridge Family.
- Roberts (M) : Butler for the Elridge Family
- Thompson (F) : Household Servant for the Elridge Family
